A FUNDRAISING drive has been set up for schoolboy Kayden Walker who tragically died in the River Tay.
More than £500 has been donated to the page which was set up to support the youngster's family.
The 12-year-old, from Glasgow, is believed to have been boogie-boarding on Sunday near Stanley in Perthshire when he came into difficulty.
He was airlifted to the Royal Hospital for Children in Glasgow for treatment but died in the early hours of Tuesday.
Those behind the fundraiser reveal that Kayden was on a trip with his local church when the tragic accident happened.

The Justgiving page called Kayden Walker fund states: "As you know young Kayden was cruelly taken away from us while on a trip with his local church group in a tragic accident.
"I am setting this GoFundMe page up to help his family with any costs that may arise from his sudden passing, to take the strain and money worries away from them - and to let them focus on being a family."
One well-wisher who donated to the page said: "It's a tragic accident and so heartbreaking for the family."
Another added: "Sleep tight, my warrior."
We previously reported that Kayden’s brother Kai Thomson says there are 'no words' to make the situation faced by the family any easier.
In a heartbreaking Facebook post, the 20-year-old said: “You really don’t know what’s around the corner and in my mind, I still don’t fully believe it all.
“I love you wee man with all my heart. Until we meet again.”
He promised to ensure little brother Jude grew up 'knowing just how much of an amazing big brother he had'.
