TWO Glaswegian fugitives have been placed on the UK's most wanted list by the National Crime Agency.
Derek 'Deco' McGraw Ferguson and Jonathan Kelly both top the list of most wanted - and now the National Crime Agency and Crimestoppers are urging the public to help them catch the last fugitives who have escaped justice.
It comes after 84 offenders have been caught through Operation Captura with just 11 remaining.
Scar-faced Jonathan Kelly has been on the run for almost five years.
The violent thug, who paralysed a man with a machete, was released from Low Moss Prison in Bishopbriggs on licence back in August 2014.
Upon release, he failed to comply with his licence conditions on numerous occasions.
His license was revoked on September 9, and since then Kelly has been on the run.
The Evening Times previously revealed that it was understood that Kelly failed a drug test in the days before he vanished and was set to be returned to jail for at least another decade.
He faced a long stretch, with no release until 2024 at the earliest. But he has managed to evade the authorities for four years with no signs they are closer to catching him.
Previously, the charity Crimestoppers', who named him on a hit list of dangerous criminals on the run, forked out a £5,000 reward for information on his whereabouts.
A UK-wide appeal was also broadcast on BBC's Crimewatch after the police called on the popular show to help find him.
Today, a most wanted poster continues to circulate and remains on Police Scotland's official website.
The poster states: "Kelly was born in Glasgow in 1980. He has several scars including a large scar on both cheeks, a scar on his right-hand knuckle and a large scar on his right arm. Kelly occasionally has a beard."
He is described as 5ft 9 inches, of average build with short brown hair.
Derek 'Deco' McGraw Ferguson, above, has evaded cops for over 20 years. He is wanted in connection with the murder of Thomas Cameron who was shot on June 28, 2007, at the Auchinairn Tavern in Bishopbriggs. Police believe Ferguson, who is known to use a fake Irish accent, could be in Spain, Netherlands or Ireland.
He is bald, has green/blue eyes and is approximately 5ft 1 inches tall.

The men make up the 11 fugitives from across the UK who remain on the run.
The National Crime Agency said the two men have connections to Spain but may have moved around over the years and will be using false identities.
They are re-releasing their details as millions of Brits are enjoying their summer holidays abroad.
The National Crime Agency works closely with Crimestoppers, the Spanish authorities, UK law enforcement agencies and the British Embassy in Madrid as part of the Operation Captura campaign.
Andy Cooke-Welling, of the National Crime Agency's International Crime Bureau, said: “Operation Captura has been a resounding success.
“But we are still hunting the remaining fugitives on our list and will not stop.
“We urge holidaymakers and expats in Spain and elsewhere across Europe to keep their eyes and ears open this summer.
“There may also be people in the UK with vital information on their whereabouts, and we would urge them to get in touch. Having the public’s attention focused on them makes it so much harder to hide.”
Mark Hallas, Chief Executive at Crimestoppers charity, added: “Members of the public are one of our greatest weapons in the fight against crime. Once again we are asking the public to help track down most wanted individuals who are sought in connection with some violent, sexual and highly organised crimes.
“We’ve always had an overwhelming response to this campaign, to date 84 offenders have been caught across Europe.
“You can view all the appeals on the most wanted section of Crimestoppers website and if you know anything about the individuals please contact the Crimestoppers charity.
“No one will ever know who you are, not even us.”
Anyone with information about the whereabouts of a fugitive should contact Crimestoppers 100% anonymously at crimestoppers-uk.org or call 0800 555 111.
If sighted, the public is advised not to approach any of the fugitives but to contact the police immediately.
