A MAN will appear in court tomorrow after an alleged fight in Govanhill.
The 36-year-old was arrested and charged in connection with the incident in Inglefield Street on Friday night.
It is understood that five people were involved and police are still investigating.
A 36-year-old man received serious head injuries during the alleged fight. He was taken to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital for treatment.

A Police Scotland spokeswoman said: "Police were called a report of a disturbance on Inglefield Street, Govanhill at around 9.45pm on August 2.
"A 36-year-old man received serious head injuries as a result and was taken to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital for treatment.
"Enquires are continuing and a 36-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with the incident and is due to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court on Monday, August 5."
