RAIl passengers were being transferred to another service after a tree caused damage to overhead wires near Bishopton in Renfrewshire.
Scotrail said a rescue train has been sent to the site to take passengers to Bishopton where a replacement bus was waiting.

Services between Glasgow Central and Gourock and Wemyss Bay were affected with lines down between Langbank and Bishopton.

Passengers were being warned to expect disruption on all trains towards Paisley Gilmour Street with replacement buses in operation.
