TWO men will appear in court next month following the death of tragic mum Rebecca Tollan.

Police Scotland confirmed that a 31-year-old and 36-year-old had been arrested and charged in connection with alleged drug offences.

The force said that they were still investigating the death of the 23-year-old mum, from Motherwell, who passed away just weeks after giving birth to a baby boy.

We previously reported that Rebecca had died of a suspected drug overdose.

Detectives investigating her death are still waiting for the results of a post-mortem and toxicology report to confirm the cause.
