Police are searching for a man who is said to have assaulted as many as four people in a pub near Glasgow. 

Officers in Paisley are looking for witnesses who may have seen the attacks, with the suspect reportedly punching victims, as well as throwing furniture and glass in the pub. 

The man in question - who police say was wearing a Celtic top and grey jacket - is said to have attacked punters in the Last Post in the town on Monday, August 12.

Police are asking members of the public to come forward with any information which may help them. 

Anyone with information regarding the alleged suspect is asked to contact police on 101, or anonymously on Crime Stoppers on 0800 555 111, quoting incident number 3505 of August 12.
