A COP has hit out at a serial vandal who damaged several cars in the seaside resort of Saltcoats.
A total of 14 vehicles were damaged during the vandalism spree between 2am and 3.30am on Monday, August 12.
The vehicles were parked in Springvale Street, Springvale Place and Bute Terrace.

Inspector Colin Convery, of Saltcoats Police Office, said: “This incident disgusts me, that individuals could do such damage with a complete disregard for the owners of the cars.
"Anti-social behaviour like this has a detrimental impact on local communities not to mention the financial costs to victims.
“Enquiries are ongoing into these incidents including the review of CCTV, house to house enquiries and capturing all forensic opportunities.
“I would encourage anyone who may have seen anyone acting suspiciously or indeed anyone who has knowledge of those responsible to please contact us.”
