Police are searching for a man who they believe has information about two separate assaults in Glasgow City Centre.

A man was assaulted outside a store in Gordon Street just after 9pm on Thursday, July 25, and another man was assaulted during an attempted robbery in Argyle Street just two hours later.

Officers are now searching for a man, believed to be in his late 20s to early 30s, who they believe might have information about the two incidents.

They have released CCTV images of the man, and believe members of the public can help identify him.

He has 'THUG LIFE' written across his stomach and a dark ink tattoo to the left-hand side of his neck. 

He is described as a white male of heavy build, and around 5'8 to 6' in height.

He was wearing red training shoes with white laces, light grey shorts, and a black top, and was also carrying a dark bag across his chest.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Detective Constable Emma Laurie on 101, quoting incident number 5339 of July 25, 2019.
