TRAINS at Glasgow Central have been hit by delays due to a signalling points failure.
ScotRail warned passengers that engineers were responding to the issue between Glasgow Central and Paisley Gilmour Street.
In a statement ScotRail said: "Network Rail signalling engineers are responding to a points failure between Glasgow Central and Paisley Gilmour Street.
"This is affecting Glasgow Central –to Ayrshire/Inverclyde services which may be delayed on the approach to Glasgow Central."

ScotRail later confirmed the issue has been resolved.
