A body has been found on Arran as part of a search for a missing German tourist, Valerij Tomarenko.
The 58-year-old went missing after last contacting his family on August 14 when he was staying in Springburn, Glasgow.
A formal identification has still to take place, however, it’s believed to be 58-year-old German tourist, Valerij Tomarenko, missing since Thursday 15 August 2019. His family has been informed.

A frantic search had been launched to try and find Valerij Tomarenko.
Officers searching for Mr Tomarenko found his body on Goatfell around 11:30am on Thursday 22 August.
A report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
