FIREFIGHTERS rescued a man from a flat in Ruchill.
Three fire crews and an aerial unit were sent to Bilsland Drive on Sunday night to tackle the blaze on the first floor of a three-story building.
The man suffered severe smoke inhalation and was taken to the Royal Infirmary by ambulance.

A spokesman for the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service said: "We were alerted at 6.48pm on Sunday, August 25 to reports of a dwelling fire in Bilsland Drive, Glasgow.
"Operations Control mobilised three fire appliances and an aerial unit to the scene, where crews extinguished a fire within a first-floor flat of a three-storey tenement building.
"One male casualty was assisted to safety from the building by firefighters and treated at the scene for severe smoke inhalation, before being transported to the Royal Infirmary by Scottish Ambulance Service personnel.
"Crews left at 8.50pm."
