The daughter of former Celtic assistant boss Garry Parker has launched a fundraising bid for vital stem-cell treatment.

Carmen Parker, 22, suffers with Cerebral Palsy but has been accepted for potentially life-changing medical care.

Ms Parker has trouble dealing with everyday tasks including eating and speaking, but she hopes the treatment she'll receive in Panama will help her.
