The UK’s biggest inclusive clubbing night, Under One Roof, is gearing up for its second Glasgow instalment following a hugely successful debut in July.

Under One Roof will return to Scotland’s leading arts and music venue, SWG3, on Wednesday September 18.

The event aims to give party seekers a place to make friends and enjoy a night out in a fully inclusive and safe environment.

Jonathan Dawson, general manager at SWG3, said: “SWG3 is always looking for ways to democratise dance floors and to increase accessibility.

“We are really delighted that Under One Roof is back and look forward to another cracking night.”

Under One Roof’s second Scottish event will take place in SWG3’s Warehouse from 6:30pm to 9:30pm later this month, with DJ IDA providing the soundtrack.

The night was founded by Alice Woods, who is one quarter of the team behind techno stalwart Meat Free.

Under One Roof was established in 2017 and is designed to open up dancefloors throughout the UK.

This is the second time the event will take place in Scotland.

Alice said: “For many the lack of physical access to clubs or overwhelming new environments, and in some cases verbal abuse, means that there is a whole portion of society who are currently missing out on what Glasgow does best - music.

“We are so excited to return to Glasgow and SWG3.

“Our first event was a huge success – with lots of people experiencing clubbing for the very first time, which is why we are returning so soon.”

Tickets for the event are £3 and can be purchased via the SWG3 website.
