IMMIGRATION enforcement officers have carried out a raid on a Chinese.
Yan's Garden in Dumbarton Road, Clydebank was raided at around 6.50pm yesterday.
The Home Office confirmed that two Chinese men were working illegally on the premises. One, aged 28, had entered the UK illegally, while the other, aged 30, had no permission to work.

The 28-year-old was transferred to immigration detention while his case is progressed, while the 20-year-old one was escorted from the premises by immigration officers.
The business was also served a civil penalty referral notice warning that a financial penalty of up to £20,000 per illegal worker arrested will be imposed unless the employer can demonstrate that appropriate right-to-work document checks were carried out, such as seeing a passport or Home Office document confirming permission to work.
If proof is not provided, this is a potential total of up to £40,000.
