A MYSTERY 'bang' heard across Glasgow's South Side has been caught on camera.
Video footage of a street in the city's Maxwell Park area features audio in which a clear bang can be heard loudly roaring through the streets.
Residents across the South Side are speculating on social media as to the source of the noise, which one person claims was a 'gas explosion' in Rutherglen.

Others in Finnieston repoerted hearing the "crazy loud bang/explosion" and that their ears hurt as a result.
Another Twitter user suggested this was the sound of a bus' 'pneumatics going'.

Police Scotland and fire services have been contacted but are unaware of any incidents.
The noise is understood to have been heard just after 3.15pm on Sunday.
