A man has been left with head and facial injuries after being attacked in an early morning assault.
The 17-year-old victim was leaving a function at Hardgate House Hotel at around 1am on Saturday and was making his way towards Glasgow Road, Hardgate.
A small white car stopped and two or three men jumped out, grabbed the male and began kicking and punching him.
The men then got back into the car and sped off in the direction of Bearsden and Drumchapel.

The injured man sustained injuries to his head and face and was quickly taken to Queen Elizabeth University Hospital.
He left prior to treatment.
Police are now appealing to any witnesses of the assault to come forward to assist with inquiries.
Detective Constable Iain Allison at Clydebank CID said: “Our inquiries have revealed that at the time this incident occurred there was a large group of people in the area who had also come from the function at the hotel.
"I urge these people to contact police immediately as they may have information that could help identify the persons responsible for this assault.”
