The Queen Elizabeth University Hospital in Glasgow is showing its support for Childhood Cancer Awareness Month by Glowing Gold.
A gold light will light up the top of the building after a campaign was set up by parents and grandparents of children with cancer who want to make a difference and raise awareness of the illness.
This is the fourth year that NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde has been involved, after being approached by Pam Neilson whose son Kai Laidlaw fought a brave battle with infant acute lymphoblastic leukaemia at the Royal Hospital for Children.
The Royal Hospital for Children is also supporting the campaign with a golden ribbon display within the main atrium.
Pam said: “We appreciate the support from NHSGGC again, they shine a light on childhood cancer.”
