CANNABIS worth a street value of £87,000 has been seized during a drugs raid in East Kilbride.
Police Scotland officers, acting on a warrant, searched a house in Calderside Grove in the town on Tuesday.
They recovered a quantity of Cannabis with an estimated street value of £87,000.
A 31 year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with the recovery. He was due before Hamilton Sheriff Court yesterday.

Detective Inspector Brian Lindie said: “We will continue to target anyone involved in drugs.
"Anyone with concerns or anyone who has information relating to drugs in their community should contact their local police station through 101.
"Alternatively Crimestoppers can be contacted on 0800 555 111, where anonymity can be maintained.”
