Police have confirmed a man's body has been recovered from the River Clyde at the Erskine Bridge.
Emergency services, including Police Scotland, Scottish Fire and Rescue Service and the Coastguard, responded, as our sister title the Clydebank Post reports.
Enquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances, said police.

A spokesman said: "Concerns were raised shortly before 11am and the man was recovered following a search involving Police Scotland, SFRS and the Coastguard.
"Erskine Bridge has now reopened and motorists are thanked for their patience."
It is not believed that anyone else was involved.
