A MAJOR road in Glasgow's West End is to be closed this weekend as heavy machinery is removed from the site.
University Avenue is to be shut off to the public from Friday night until Monday morning.
Roads bosses at Glasgow City Council have confirmed significant delays are expected as a result.

A diversion will be in place between 23.59pm on Friday and 6am on Monday to allow workers to remove a crane from the site.
Drivers will be expected to instead travel via Byres Road, Church Street, Dumbarton Road, Sauchiehall Street and Kelvin Way.
