A live action immersive Halloween experience has returned to M&D’s, and promises to be spookier than ever before.

Now in its sixth year, Gateway to Hell is inviting only the most strong-willed into its creepy corridors and haunted halls.

Exploring the terrifying tale of the Haunting of Hamilton Manor, brave souls will unearth the fate of its ghoulish inhabitants in a heart-racing journey through Halloween’s most daring adventure.

You will traipse through ivy-covered passages and escape bloody hands – and even crawl to safety through an eerily lit tunnel, which may have a few surprises inside.

It is not for the faint at heart, and be prepared to have your ears ringing with the blood-curling screeches of those who dwell in the haunted manor.

But if that is not enough, the bone-chilling Darktober is to returning, which will open the gates of the theme park in the dark to thrill-seekers between 6pm and 10pm.

Matthew Taylor, managing director of M&D’s, said: “For the past five years Outbreak at M&D’s has delivered a horrifically thrilling interactive horror experience which has evolved each year.

Glasgow Times:

“Last year’s theme focused on the scary narrative that explores what would happen if you were trapped in your own nightmares, unable to wake up. This year we’ve decided to raise hell a little bit as we also like to push the boundaries when it comes to Outbreak each year.”

He added: “We are confident that Gateway To Hell is set to be the most frightening and innovative yet in the Outbreak series and we are extremely proud of the experience we have produced for our customers this year.

“We would like to invite anyone daring enough to find out just what they are afraid of at Gateway To Hell this October!”
