A teenager has died after being struck by a van in Barrowfield on Sunday morning.
Two men were struck by a van at 6.45am on Barrowfield street, police have confirmed that the 18-year-old was treated by emergency services but died on the scene.
The second man, aged 30, has been taken to hospital with serious injuries.
A Police Scotland spokesperson confirmed: "Around 6.45 am this morning, Sunday 29 September 2019, an 18-year-old man was struck by a van in Barrowfield Street in Glasgow.
"He was treated by paramedics but died at the scene.
"A second man, aged 20 years, has also been seriously injured and has been taken by ambulance to Glasgow Royal Infirmary for treatment.
"His condition is described by medical staff as being critical.
"Extensive enquiries, which are at a very early stage, to establish the full circumstances surrounding the incident are ongoing."
