Glasgow families caught up in the Thomas Cook travel disaster have been given the chance to bounce back from their holiday blues - thanks to trampoline park Flip Out.

The UK's biggest trampoline park operator are offering hundreds of free weekly passes for those affected by the collapse of the travel firm.

Thousands of holidays were cancelled as a result of the firm going bust, and may have to wait up to two months for a refund, according to the Civil Aviation Authority.

Flip Out, which has a west of Scotland venue on Southcroft Road in Rutherglen, South Lanarkshire, wanted to do their bit to help out the down-heartened families.

Co-owner Richard Beese said: "We want to brighten up the lives of people caught up in this nightmare.

"We have 27 locations all over the UK with more on the way and each store will be giving away 10 family passes to round off their holiday and have a bit of fun in what must be a difficult period for all those who have lost out.

"All you need to do is show evidence that you've been caught up in this travel fiasco to your local store."
