Cardiff City must pay Nantes £6million for the transfer of Emiliano Sala.
The striker put pen to paper on a contract at Cardiff City Stadium before he tragically passed away after a horror helicopter crash.
His body was recovered on February 6 of this year and a post-mortem examination took place the following day.
FIFA had planned to rule on the transfer and subsequent payment.
And they have now ordered the Bluebirds to pay.
In a meeting yesterday the governing body ruled that Cardiff have ten days to appeal the decision.
