POLICE are investigating after a Bothwell restaurant was torched by vandals again.
The force said they received a report of the latest wilful fire-raising and vandalism at San Vincenzo restaurant on Main Street at around 1 am on Thursday, October 3.
Nobody was injured by the restaurant was extensively damaged.
It is understood that the eatery has been targeted for the third time in four months.

We previously reported on a vandalism and deliberate fire on September 1.
In the most recent attack, a red Vauxhall Corsa was deliberately driven through the restaurant before a fire was set.
The restaurant took to Facebook to let their customers know what had happened.
In a post, the restaurant said: "Sadly they won. San Vincenzo has been destroyed to all our customers you supported us throughout it all.
"Will they ever stop? Who knows?"

Detective Sergeant Martin McKendrick said: "Our inquiries are ongoing.
"We would urge anyone who has any information about this incident to please contact Lanarkshire CID through 101 quoting incident number 0112 of 3 October 2019.
"Alternatively Crimestoppers can be contacted on 0800 555 111 anonymously."
