Flanigan avoided jail in August for a bogus call to Barlinnie Prison.
He told prison staff “he was going to blow up the jail and that he was around the corner.”
The drunk lout was arrested by police at his home that night.
When he was processed, he told an officer: “I will smash your c**t in and I will burn down Ibrox, those huns’.”
On that occasion Flanigan was handed an 18 month community payback order which put him under the supervision of a social worker.
