A distraught dog owner has released a CCTV image of the man she believes stole her beloved pet from outside a corner shop in the Gorbals.

Kirsteen Marshall has not seen much-loved Blake since Monday night after he vanished from outside a branch of Nisa on Ballater Street.

The 34-year-old posted a tearful video on social media begging for the safe return of the Shih Tzu Bichon cross on Wednesday.

But mum-of-one Kirsteen has now pposted an image of the suspected dog snatcher after combing through the store's security footage.

The grainy image appears to show a man carrying Blake in his arms, with claims he was last seen on McNeil Street in the area.

Kirsteen also believes footage obtained from the shop shows the dog being snatched by a man before driving off in a car which had been waiting nearby.
