UK landmarks have been reenvisioned to suit the style of some of the world's greatest artists and architects, including Glasgow's beloved Duke.
The Duke of Wellington was redesigned in the surrealist style of Salvador, with his horse swapped out for an elephant.
Glasgow's established tradition of placing a cone on the Duke's head was thought to suit the visionary artist.
The cone was also given a surrealist makeover.
Originally erected in 1844, the statue was designed by Italian artist Carlo Marochetti and Glaswegians began adorning the statues with a cone in the 1980s.
