Police are dealing with an ongoing incident in the north of the city.
The force advised motorists to avoid the area of Leyden Street and Bilsland Drive while they deal with an ongoing police incident.
The force said that they received a report of a concern for a person and provided no further details.
The area is in lockdown with fire crews and ambulance staff also assisting with the incident.
Police Scotland's specialist public order officers were also on site.
One neighbour told The Evening Times that some residents were unable to gain access to their homes while emergency services were dealing with the incident.
Traffic is still able to drive along Bilsland Drive with Leyden Street completely shut off.
