HUNDREDS of enthusiasts enjoyed the annual vintage vehicle day by Glasgow Vintage Vehicle Trust.

The trust opened its doors yesterday with a host of vehicles on display, from old buses and vans to fire appliances.

The garage, in Fordneuk Street, is home to more than 100 vehicles and, as well as the full size versions, there were stalls selling model buses, memorabilia and photos.

Vehicles are usually owned by individuals or small groups and range from hulks rescued from scrap yards and awaiting restoration to fully restored and active examples.
