A motorist has been hospitalised after crashing into the side of a drive through coffee shop in Linwood.
Emergency services rushed to the scene of the collision at Tim Hortons on Linwood Road at around 1:15pm following reports a blue Lexus had slammed into an outdoor seating area.
A second vehicle, thought to be a brand new car still bearing a trade licence plate, was also badly damaged during the incident.
A Police Scotland spokeswoman confirmed a man had been rushed to hospital, adding inquiries into the crash were ongoing.
