A PAIR of airline tickets are up for grabs for the price of a raffle ticket.
East Dunbartonshire Council is giving away the Turkish Airlines tickets to raise cash for Alzheimer Scotland and Motor Neurone Disease Scotland.
Raffle tickets are priced £5 and the draw will take place at the council’s Marina HQ in Kirkintilloch on Friday, November 22.
The flight tickets, from Edinburgh Airport, are valid until December 2020 and were donated by the airline, which flies to more than 300 destinations worldwide.
The lucky winner must select their destination and book their flight dates by Monday 16 December 2019.
Provost Alan Brown said: “I hope that people will support these good causes by buying tickets – and wouldn’t it be a great Christmas present to win two flights for next year to anywhere in the world.”
Winners must be over 18.
