Rangers fans have bombarded HMRC's customer support Twitter account with questions and criticism after it was revealed they 'overestimated the club's tax bill by around £50million'.
Reports in the Times say the Ibrox club were billed around £70million by the taxman when the correct figure was actually closer to £20million.
Club hero Ally McCoist has already had his say, demanding answers from HMRC.

But fans have gone the extra mile by slaughtering the customer support account on social media.
HMRC Customer Support tweeted earlier how they were available to answer queries from customers until 10pm.
And Light Blues supporters were quick to jump in with their questions - some slightly more passive than others.
Good morning, @HMRCcustomers are here until 10pm to answer your general queries on Twitter. Please don't post any personal details.

One blasted: "When are we getting our 50 million back plus interest."
Another sniped: "We demand a public apology, costs for all expenses paid and damages for the pain and suffering caused, not just to us at @RangersFC but the @spfl as our illegal relegation affected everyone in Scotland."

One snapped: "Hope yous are ready to get your cheque book out".
A fourth commented: "Scandalous and utterly shameful if what is being reported is true".
Others took a more tongue-in-cheek approach to the Twitter thread.
One joked: "How to I apply for a tax refund?? Just asking for a friend @RangersFC".
Another added: "think you may have an extra £50million? just asking x".
Rangers went into administration in February 2012 over outstanding PAYE and national insurance payments, and subsequently entered liquidation in June 2012.
