Swing first opened in 2012 and was described as a ‘unique’ performing arts club which aimed to capture the atmosphere of the roaring twenties with live jazz and blues music, aerial acrobats, and thrilling performances.
The venue closed after 10 years and now the space is accepting offers until March 30, with a guide price of £285,000.

The 2393 sqft space is a fully fitted basement club with a 3am licence in the hustle and bustle of Hope Street, next to NYC bar.
It has been extensively renovated and, after a £250,000 investment, has new tiled and timber floors, lighting, Venetian plastered walls and a high-level sound system.
The property is held on a full repairing and insuring head lease expiry date of July 4, 2032 with a passing rent of £37,500p.a.x. with a fixed increase in July 2026 to £39,500p.a.x
