One of the city centre's busiest shops could undergo a huge rebrand if plans are approved.

Nike bosses have submitted plans to transform their Scotland flagship at 20 Buchanan Street to bring a new shopping experience to the store.

Currently only seen in London, Manchester and Birmingham, the Nike Rise store concept involves using recycled Nike products for the fixtures and shop fit-out.

The new store also promises to utilise connectivity by channelling real-time data from the use of Nike apps.
