PARTICK THISTLE youngster David Wilson has agreed a new one-year deal with the club.
The midfielder was a mainstay of the Firhill Under-20s last term as Scott McKenzie's side turned in a number of impressive performances and is highly-rated by the Jags staff.
He was handed his first-team debut at Parkhead in January as he replaced Aaron Muirhead in the closing stages of a narrow defeat, and will now bid for more Premiership action next time out after becoming the latest Thistle star to put pen to paper on a new contract this summer.
Wilson has been with the Jags since 2011 and has now been handed a deal until May next year as he looks to continue his encouraging rise through the Firhill ranks.
