MORTON have completed the signing of winger Bobby Barr on a one-year deal.

The 26-year-old has agreed terms on a switch to Cappielow after leaving League One side Brechin and will be part of Jim Duffy's Ton squad for their upcoming Championship campaign.

Barr will be joined in the Greenock ranks by Joe McKee and Jon Scullion after the pair agreed extensions to their contracts to remain at the club.

Midfielder McKee has put pen-to-paper for another twelve months while Scullion, who moved to Cappielow from St Mirren last summer, will remain with the Ton until January.

While Duffy has added another three players to his squad, Morton have also confirmed that half a dozen members of the side that won the League One crown will not be offered new terms.

Nicolas Caraux, Sean Crighton, Stefan Milojevic, Aidan Ferris, Jamie McCluskey and Ross Caldwell have all left the club after failing to win a contract.
