GRAEME MURTY has backed Ross McCrorie to recover from his Old Firm nightmare.
The defender endured an afternoon to forget at Hampden as Rangers crashed to a 4-0 defeat.
McCrorie was sent off for bringing down Moussa Dembele and boss Murty said: “He will learn from the experience. He is playing against a good player but he is in command of the situation and he will learn from this and make sure that he gets better for it.
“Right now he is in a bad place, as he should be. It is a learning experience for him.
“I feel for him but it is the harsh reality of the game and when you make mistakes at this level you get punished.”
