Hamilton striker Antonio Rojano has cancelled his Accies contract by mutual consent, the New Douglas Park outfit have confirmed.
The 27-year-old frontman joined Martin Canning's squad from Bolivian outfit Real Polotsi last summer.
Despite agreeing terms on a two-year deal in August, the Argentinian was forced to wait almost two months to make his debut as Hamilton sought a work permit.
He was eventually given the green light to play for Accies and went on to net vital goals against Dundee, Hibernian and Partick Thistle as he helped the Lanarkshire side secure Ladbrokes Premiership survival.
In total, Rojano made 26 appearances for Canning's team and Hamilton have thanked him for his efforts after agreeing to end his contract 12 months early.
In a statement posted on the club's website, Accies said: "The club would like to announce that Antonio Rojano's contract has been cancelled by mutual consent.
"We would like to thank Antonio for his services and wish him all the best for the future."
