BRIAN Rice is set to become the new manager of Hamilton.
The St Mirren assistant manager is close to agreeing a deal to take over at the Hope CBD Stadium after previous manager Martin Canning was dismissed on Wednesday after four years in charge.
Rice was previously the assistant at various Scottish clubs, including Inverness, Falkirk and Dundee United.
