Celtic to land Dembele windfall?

Celtic could benefit from a sell-on clause if Moussa Dembele completes a move to Manchester United. The former-Celtic hitman is thought to be high on the list of targets for Man United boss Ole Gunnar Solksjaer. According to reports, the Scottish Champions could land up £2m, although this could rise depending on the exact percentage clause and the fee. The Daily Record is reporting that Celtic would gain £2m if Dembele is sold for £40m. The Lyon striker left Celtic for £19.7m. (Daily Record) 

Scotland set to name new manager by Friday

The Scottish FA are poised to choose a new manager, with three candidates thought to be in the frame.

Kilmarnock's Steve Clarke and Scotland under-21 coach Scot Gemmill are joined by Aberdeen's Derek McInnes on the Scottish FA's shortlist. It is thought that the Scottish FA are keen to make an appointment sooner rather than later ahead of the crucial Euro 2020 qualifiers with Cyprus and Belgium. (Various) 

Porto in the hunt for Olivier Ntcham 

Porto are thought to be considering a new bid for Celtic’s Olivier Ntcham.

The club eyed the midfielder in January with Porto boss Sergio Conceicao believed to be a long-term admirer for the 23-year-old. It has been reported that the Celtic midfielder has been targeted as a replacement for Hector Herrera, who is set to join Athletic Madrid. (Scottish Sun) 

Charlton sensation Joe Aribo a target for Celtic and Rangers

Celtic and Rangers are reportedly interested in battling it out to sign midfielder Joe Aribo. The pair face still competition with Southampton, Rennes Manchester City and Arsenal thought to be keen on the 22-year-old. Aribo has scored 14 goals in 81 games for Charlton. (Scottish Sun) 

Celtic eye Bournemouth striker 

Celtic are also keen on signing 23-year-old striker Lys Mousset from Bournemouth but are expected to try and negotiate a loan with further option deal. (Scottish Daily Mail print) 

Ryan Christie out of Scotland qualifiers

Ryan Christie will miss out on the both the Scottish Cup final and Scotland’s double-header against Cyprus and Belgium in June as he targets a return to action in time for next season. After suffering a concussion and undergoing facial surgery for the injury he picked up in the Scottish Cup semi-final against Aberdeen, the attacker has been ruled out for the remainder of this campaign (The Herald)

Celtic keen on Darlow 

Celtic are keen on signing Karl Darlow according to the Newcastle Chronicle. The Newcastle shot-stopper who is contracted at the club until 2020 has made just one appearance this season, in the EFL Cup defeat to Nottingham Forest in August. (Chronicle)

Bury boss Ryan Lowe has said that Jordan Rossiter can be a hit at Rangers, or elsewhere.  “He was in the team every week, he trained every day and didn’t miss anything. He was phenomenal and for a guy who has had injuries and niggles, for me to get him on the pitch week in week out was great.

“There were times when I wanted to rest Jordan because I felt he had played so many games and I was asking him if he was OK. I think a lot of credit has to go to Jordan for his determination and he must have picked up about ten Man of the Match awards in the 17 games that he played for us. He was instrumental, he was terrific and what a lad, a real hard-working character. (Herald) 

Mark Allen outlines Rangers transfer policy
