Celtic could be in line for a cash windfall as Manchester United 'target' Moussa Dembele - with the Red Devils planning a swoop should they sell Romelu Lukaku.

Sky Sports are reporting that ex-Hoops star Dembele is high on Olé Gunnar Solskjaer's shortlist if the English Premier League giants  part company with their current Belgian forward.

Lukaku was recently linked with a switch to Inter Milan but the trail has seemingly gone cold.

However Inter CEO Beppe Marotta reportedly remains hopeful that the Italians can coax United into allowing Lukaku to leave.

The Serie A side were knocked back with a £54m bid recently, with Man U looking for closer to £80m.

Meanwhile Dembele's name has been mentioned previously when United were looking for a new attacker and they could move for the Frenchman.

Celtic sold Dembele for £20m plus add-ons under Brendan Rodgers and would net themselves a hefty few quid if Lyon sell.
