Rangers target Ryan Kent 'could still move on loan' despite Jurgen Klopp ruling out a temporary deal, according to his representatives.

Suitors for the Liverpool winger were recently rocked by confirmation from Klopp that Kent will not be allowed to leave on loan because the 22-year-old needs to find somewhere to settle.

German Klopp is understood to be after around £10m for his player but Kent's advisers reckon he may still be allowed to leave on loan because 'so few clubs' are willing to pay the price tag, according to Leeds Live.

Marcelo Bielsa's men are believed to be interested in Kent but won't part with the eight-figure fee and Rangers have also been priced out of a permanent deal.

However, with deadline day down south looming, Liverpool are running out of options and may be willing to part with Kent on loan should that ultimately be the only option moving forward.

Rangers have still not given up hope on Kent and boss Steven Gerrard recently admitted he'd happily wait until the last SECOND of the window if it meant he got his man.

Kent also stoked the flames after deleting all link to Liverpool on his social media page, leaving just one football-related post on his Instagram - a pic of his goal celebration for the Light Blues after scoring against Celtic.
