Celtic and Arsenal are 'at a standstill' as the two clubs 'argue over £2m' in the hope of reaching an agreement on the transfer of Kieran Tierney.

According to Sky Sports reports, the two clubs are wrangling over £2m for the defender.

"They say this deal is at a standstill because of just £2m.
