Ex-Rangers star David Robertson has recalled the Celtic clash where he played "half-drunk" after passing a late fitness test following a boozy night in.
The former defender suffered a hamstring injury in the build-up to his side's Old Firm clash back in 1993 and was convinced he wouldn't play after having missed a European clash at Ibrox three days earlier.
He decided to enjoy a few drinks with his wife and some pals the night before the game.

But he had no clue he'd be deemed fit to play the crunch derby game the next day.
Speaking to Si Ferry on his Open Goal show, Robertson recalled: "We played a game against Hibs on the Saturday and I pulled my hamstring and we played Brugge on the Wednesday when Scott Nisbet scored that crazy goal, so I couldn't play in that game.
"I was getting treatment all week and Friday night after training the players go to the hotel. We were playing Celtic on the Saturday at Parkhead.
"I'm not fit so me and my wife had a few friends over and had a few drinks and about 4 o'clock in the morning, p**s drunk I go to my bed.
"Up at 9 o'clock in the morning, go to training and I had this f***ing horrendous Hi-Tec shell suit on.
"And I had the dog in the back of the car.
"I see the physio and he gives me some treatment and says 'go for a wee jog'.
"So I'm in Ibrox, go a jog and he says 'can you to step it up a little bit'. Half pace, three-quarter pace and sprint.
"I never thought anything of it and he says 'okay that's you, go get changed.'
"So I go in and have a shower and Archie comes in 'Bill says you're fit'.
"I'm stinking of drink, still half-drunk and I don't like to say no.
"Somebody gave the dog a lift home, I went into Parkhead with this dodgy Hi-Tec tracksuit and played the game, never felt my hamstring."
Celtic managed a 2-1 victory on the day but Gers were victorious in the Scottish Premier Division that season.
