CELTIC are set to confirm the signing of Southampton winger Jonathan Afolabi, Herald and Times Sport understands.
The 19-year-old forward left the English Premier League side after being told he was surplus to requirements, and Celtic have beat a host of English clubs, Russia's Lokomotiv Moscow and Spanish side Real Valladolid to his signature.
Afolabi represented Ireland at the under-19 European Championships this summer and is also eligible to play for Nigeria.

The deal is expected to be announced before Celtic's fixture against Dunfermline this afternoon.
