Ex-Rangers defender Richard Foster has been exiled from St Johnstone after an explosive bust-up with boss Tommy Wright.
Foster reportedly hurled abuse at his manager during a training session and was ordered not to return to McDiarmid Park.
His Saints career now looks to be over.
Aberdeen striker Stevie May's move to St Johnstone is back on
Foster has previously been punished by club chiefs after an on-field fight with teammate Danny Swanson.
The pair clashed during a game against Hamilton Academical back in 2017.
Now, however, it appears to be the final straw for Tommy Wright - and Foster wasn't involved in the squad for Saturday's Hibs trip where his team battled back twice to draw 2-2.
Meanwhile St Johnstone are moving closer to signing Aberdeen forward Stevie May.
We exclusively told how the deal is back on despite it previously collapsing.
