Rangers' clash with Legia Warsaw faced a short delay after visiting supporters let off flares in the away end.
The burning flames were held aloft by Legia fans, leaving smoke descending above the pitch.
The match referee Vincic called a halt for a brief moment to let the smaug settle.
Supporters of Legia Warsaw could now be hit with a hefty fine by UEFA for breaking rules on flares.
