An agent involved in bringing Alfredo Morelos to Rangers has branded top Scots referee Bobby Madden the WORST thing to come from the country.

The whistler was in charge of Finland's defeat to Italy in their Euro 2020 qualifier yesterday evening.

He gave the visitors a penalty kick with ten minutes to go after Nicolo Barella's shot cannoned off Sauli Vaisenen's arm from close range.

Under rigid new rules the spot-kick was awarded by Madden - but World In Motion agent Jonne Lindblom slated the man in the middle for his decision.

And he blasted him as one of this country's worst.

He tweeted: "Bobby Madden is the worst thing to come out of Scotland."

Lindblom wasn't finished there and told of his devastation at his nation's defeat.

And again he took aim at Madden.

He added: "Gutted. Absolutely gutted. Superb performance from Finland and that bald Scottish fella absolutely robbed us.

"Not a penalty in a million years. Proud of the boys and our dream is still alive. Keep fighting!"
