Rangers loan star Josh McPake starts for Scotland under-19s this morning amid a battle with Ireland for his international allegiance.
McPake, 17, qualifies for Ireland through his grandmother and is believed to have held discussions with the FAI regarding a potential switch.
Scotland, though, have taken a step towards tying down the playmaker after calling him up for their 19s squad.

Manager Billy Stark has paired the Dundee loan youngster alongside Ibrox teammate Dapo Mebude and Marc Leonard in the team.
